Thanks for your interest in Camden Soccer.As you may know, our registration closed Saturday 1/9/10. We have had this deadline posted on our website http://www.camdensoccer.org/ since October and have publicized this in the Tribune-Georgian from October 2009 thru January 2010 along with emails to our player families from the past 2 seasons advising everyone of this deadline.
EFFECTIVE 2/8/10 WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY MORE LATE REGISTRATIONS - all teams have been filled.

Camden High School Honors Camden Soccer Club
Saturday was a big day for all at Chris Gilman Stadium. The Camden high school and the soccer team honored Camden Soccer Club with an opportunity to see the game played at its highest level on Coastal Georgia.
Camden highschool hosted Savannah Johnson Atom Smashers. The Camden Soccer Club was admitted free of charge and the players and parents where not disappointed as both teams showed great skill and abilities as they out scored their opponent 10 to 1.

The gilrs varsity final was 5-0 as they shutout the Atom Smashers overwhelmingly.
The boys varsity final was 5-1 as they dominated the Atom Smashers from the first seconds of play.
The Camden Soccer Club came running through the tunnel between the girls and boys games as the varsity teams showered them with cheers and the fans showed Camden County just how much soccer is a part of our lives.
St Marys Middle School Soccer
St Marys Middle School Soccer teams played Needwood of Brunswick this Friday. The girls won an impressive 4 to 1 while the boys played a hard fought match to a tie.
The girls team has a new ranking of 2Nd place in their division. Their record is 5 wins and 1 lose. Their only lose was against Glynn County who is now in 1st place. Friday night's game was played away in Brunswick. Needwood scored their first goal 10 minutes into play, and St Marys followed with a score in the last seconds of the first half. At half time the coaches inspired their players with a their speech obout the joy of coming back from behind with a win. In the second half St Marys was dominating the pitch. They followed in with three unmatched goals.

Cross town middle schools meet on the pitch

St Marys Middle School played Camden Middle School today. Great game played by all!
The score was close and the play was excellent. These athletes really have great skills.
St Marys Middle School Girls won 1 -0.
St Marys Middle School Boys won 2-0.
Close games well played by all.
What a pleasure to see so many Camden Soccer members on the pitch at the same time. Both teams have been blessed with great coaches and excellent school and community support. Thank you parents for giving us the privilege of taking part in your children's athletic experience on the pitch.
